I will manage these for you so that your plan works WITH your life and not against. We will be a team, each of us as determined as the other to get you to your goals in the shortest time possible, but with a focus on sustainability so that this time you do actually finish the job and not lose your way a few weeks in.
There are millions of resources available on the internet for you to research yourself, but my job will be to filter out the noise, only programming the things that work for you. Most importantly I will keep you accountable on a daily basis so that you don’t fall by the wayside or lose focus.
We will both be working on a common goal, YOU!
Your entire transformation is managed through our state of the art app, allowing me to write you (and update daily if needed) a fully personalised plan.
The technology allows me to pre-empt adherence issues, over training, potential stress obstacles, managing your overall wellness and keeping us ahead of any concerns before they happen so you don’t get derailed.
✅ LOG YOUR NUTRITION
by tracking calories and macros with a 280’000 verified food database (and barcodes), including supermarkets, restaurants, takeaways etc, allowing me to monitor in real time your eating habits and patterns. This lets me adjust your nutrition plan on the fly ensuring we are always spot on with your numbers and can optimise your health, energy levels and body recomposition needs every week.
You’ll also experience our unique Traffic Light Tracking system, providing you with diet days, maintenance days and growing days, making it more sustainable and realistic for you to follow. Putting YOU in control of your eating instead of the other way around, while still getting the quick results you need.
✅ TRACK YOUR EXERCISE
Exercise is personal, it can be as little as simply being held to account with upping your daily steps, to full blown meso cycle gym periodisation programs. Your plan will be personal to you, your ability and your goals.
I can design workouts for home or gym (all with videos and full instructions) based off your availability and needs and you then log and track these workouts, again in real time, allowing all that data to feed back to me through the app so I can properly program your exercise phases and make sure you get the maximum results for your efforts.
You can view various metrics and graphs letting you monitor your progress with exercise, health, body composition and fitness levels, keeping you focussed and goal oriented.
✅ BIOMETRIC MONITORING
When linked to your wearable and mobiles the app constantly monitors your stress, sleep, recovery and overall wellness, allowing me as your coach to advise when to push harder, and when to step back, maximising your return and progress on a daily basis
✅ DAILY & WEEKLY SUPPORT
In addition to you being able to message me at all times of the day I also send out regular posts, videos and messages with motivational and educational content, direct to your phone.
✅ THE VAULT
that contains recipes (with full instructions and picture storylines, all with unique codes you just pop into your food tracking), a huge education section, food prep guides, eating out and takeaway instructions plus a host of stretching and HIIT workouts to supplement your other exercise
✅ A DIARY SYSTEM
that lets you program your workout and exercise times that I can see in order to help structure your routines, and it also records your cardio sessions, menstrual cycle and step counts giving you a clear snapshot of your activity levels and progress.

✅ BECOMING A CLIENT
Your investment is £125 per month (£100 for TSP members upgrading) and that covers literally everything. There are no contracts, minimum terms or notice periods. Stay as long as you need or want to.
For less than the cost of a takeaway with drinks every week you get 100% commitment by me to your success, on a daily basis, at all waking hours of the day.

ℹ️ I’M NOT VERY TECH SAVVY
Don’t worry, the app is very simple to use and I will walk you through every aspect of it. You’ll receive a personal video from me (just for you) going through all elements of your plan and how to use the app, along with a comprehensive welcome pack to refer to, not to mention I am available all hours of the day via our in-app messaging system.
ℹ️ I’VE NEVER USED A GYM
Not a problem, if you don’t want to you don’t have to, but if you DO want to I will give you all the instructions and help you could possibly need, and we can use video feedback for me to check your form and technique etc
ℹ️ CAN MY COMPANY PAY FOR THIS?
Many of my clients do indeed pay for their coaching through their company, simply let me know and I can invoice accordingly.
ℹ️ HOW DO PAYMENTS WORK
Payments are made monthly on a recurring basis by card until you ask me to stop. All card payments are handled via Stripe, the worlds largest card handling merchant.
ℹ️ I HAVE SPECIFIC EATING NEEDS
Seriously, not a problem. You will only ever eat foods you like, no food is so important it needs to be forced on you. This is a real life plan for people who live real lives. You will still be able to eat with your family and socialise.
ℹ️ WHY ONLY £125 A MONTH
It’s a realistic return for the amount of work I will be doing for you, which is a lot. I know most coaches charge more, especially a ‘3 months upfront to begin with’ fee, but refunding people money would make me feel like a failure, and I don’t want that.
ℹ️ YOU’RE TOO EXPENSIVE
It’s a question of value. I guarantee you spend that amount if not more each month on junk food, quick trips to the supermarket, alcohol, snacks and general ‘I don’t feel like dieting today’ purchases. It’s an investment in YOU, not a ‘cost’. Just imagine having the body you dream of and the increased confidence and quality of life you will experience afterwards. How much money have you wasted over the years on diet plans, diet food and various other ‘fat loss efforts’. Well this will be the last one you ever need to do.
ℹ️ WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I FINISH
It would be hugely irresponsible for me to just let you go off in the wild and fend for yourself, so I will reverse diet you back to ‘normal living’ so that you are able to maintain your new figure for life.
I also offer a graduate membership level for everyone who graduates from the program successfully, at a much reduced price (due to the lower level or work required) allowing you to still have your nutrition monitored and your exercise programs updated regularly.
